🏛️ State License Law 📍 Missouri

📖 What you need to know

In Missouri, advertising must not be false or misleading and must identify the brokerage so the public knows the licensee is acting through a broker; salespersons advertise under their broker's supervision and authority. Brokers are responsible for keeping accurate transaction and trust-account records and for properly handling escrowed client funds without commingling. Failure to maintain required records or to safeguard funds is a frequent basis for MREC discipline.
